WordPress Origin Story

❏ 2011:
My WordPress journey began when I built my very first website, hosted on cPanel. At the time, I was drawn to WordPress for its simplicity and the endless possibilities it offered for creating and managing websites.

❏ 2012–2015:
Over the next few years, I explored WordPress more deeply, experimenting with themes, plugins, and customizations. During this time, I started helping friends set up their websites, which gave me hands-on experience and fueled my passion for WordPress development.

❏ 2014–2022:
I ventured into freelancing, working on a wide range of WordPress projects. From setting up small blogs to managing complex websites, I developed expertise in WordPress core, troubleshooting, custom plugin development, and server management. Freelancing allowed me to understand the needs of clients from various industries and fine-tune my skills in delivering tailored solutions.

❏ 2022–Present:
I joined WPManageNinja LLC as part of the team behind innovative WordPress products. For the past 3 years, I’ve been serving as the Product Support Lead for FluentCRM and FluentSMTP. My role involves providing top-notch technical support, improving product documentation, mentoring team members, and contributing to the overall user experience. It has been a fulfilling experience to work closely with the WordPress community, helping users maximize the value of these tools.

Throughout this journey, WordPress has been at the core of my professional growth. From my first website in 2011 to leading product support for industry-leading plugins, I’ve grown alongside WordPress, and I’m excited to continue contributing to its vibrant community and ecosystem.
